What is a meal?
N O U R I S H M E N T | What is a Meal? A great question posed by a nutritionist a few days ago @thewellspringschool at the Nutrition for Disordered Eating Across the Spectrum workshop. What is a meal? Generally, it’s about 1/2 plate of vegetables and fruits, 1/4 plate of grain, 1/4 plate of protein with a good dose of fat. We think it’s also warm and colorful, and best eaten slowly. #liveyourwell
