Birthday Gratitude

R E L A T I O N S H I P S | Birthday gratitude. Today is my birthday 🎉 and I’m spending it in one of my favorite places in the world, Central Oregon @blackbutteranch. For the past several years, I spend my morning thanking the people in my life who give my life meaning, purpose, ease and comfort. Every year, I reach out to my care team, my naturopath/acupuncturist and massage therapist for their help with my mind, body and spirit. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Along with a few friends and family, this year I’ll give special thanks to the Ponderosa pines, a new found member of my tribe, and a big Thank you to Y O U!
