Releasing a Dream

S P I R I T + E X P R E S S I O N | It’s up! Today, I’m finally releasing my website www.liveyourwell.co! It feels like forever and a step.

I launched LYW on Instagram about a year ago with the desire of showing women the simplicity of health and wellness. I saw it as a laboratory for testing out ideas, figuring out how to show health and wellness, telling stories and finding my voice. Over time and with help I did it!

Right now, the LYW web version is as close to what I imagine when I close my eyes and make a wish. It’s a website with pictures and words that truly reflect who I am, what I wish to
give, along with the acknowledgement of where I come from and what’s yet to come.

Soon, LYW will also be gathering women living the Mainstays of Life, hosting inspiring conversations with women doing things and taking names, cultivating connections that help heal and give courage to thrive. I hope you’ll join me!
